Tucked between the forest , lush greenery and beautiful ocean views, lies Camps Bay Retreat. This luxury five-star hotel is your true “home-away-from-home”. With a beautiful indoor and outdoor spa, an amazing restaurant and lovely gardens perfect for a picnic, you really have no reason to leave.
I have been fortunate to stay at this hotel a few times and it all started with an idea to host my small intimate 21st birthday brunch here a few years ago. I was drawn to this piece of perfection and love to head out there for a sunset cocktail followed by dinner.
The rooms are all individually decorated and so spacious with all the amenities that you may need to make your stay comfortable.
The onsite facilities include a tennis court, swimming pool, wine cellar, lounge and library. I personally like to talk a walk down to the mountain pool.
Breakfast at Camps Bay Retreat is always a treat. A continental buffet is served which include an amazing selection of freshly baked Danish pastries and local cheeses. And a hot breakfast option can then be ordered from the kitchen, my favourite is the “Benedict Bailey” or the “French Toast Tower”.
A visit to this special hotel will not only make the occasion memorable but will have you return in no time.
